A Readiness Enablement Platform for NFL Gamedays
Consulting Head of Product
Architecture, product strategy, and design for a Readiness-as-a-Service platform. | 2025
The Problem
The leagues and venues coordinating an NFL game day manage dozens of interdependent systems and processes with no unified view of readiness and a blindness of operational gaps.

An NFL admin can view all open issues across all venues and games and their concentration around certain tasks to help them assess urgency, make critical decisions, and improve continuously.

A Gameday Administrator uses a mobile experience to notify admins of task status or current issues as they run around completing their punchlists.
