My career has been anchored in the conviction that technology isn't about software: it's about people.
I've led design at the enterprise scale, from creating unifying design systems for dozens of applications to establishing research and design practices that put the users first. More recently, I've architected the end-to-end design and development of AI-native intelligence platforms and products. I write custom models, direct agentic development, and engineer prompting logic, leveraging AI tools along the way.

Authored two custom AI models on Claude's API, directed full product development in Claude Code, and designed the end-to-end experience for an adaptive intelligence platform that surfaced $105K–$235K in hidden value from a single customer project.
